Group Workshops

Halton Hills FHT offers a number of group classes and workshops that are free to patients of the Family Health Team. 

Dates and times for all groups are listed in the Group Calender.  Space is limited so you must register to attend a group. All classes and workshops are subject to sufficient enrollment and may be cancelled if enrollment is not met.

Please Note: The Mental Health programs require a physician's referral. All other programs you may register for online.
