Halton COAST Crisis Team
Halton Crisis Outreach and Support Team (COAST) provides Halton residents 16 years and older immediate support when experiencing a mental health crisis. Partnered with the Halton Regional Police COAST has a mobile response team who can visit you to help provide short-term support and keep you safe.
BounceBack
BounceBack is a free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos, you will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness.

Kids Help Phone
Supportive free counselling offered by trained counsellors, available to anyone 18 years of age and under. Resources available on the website.
Reach Out Centre for Kids (ROCK)
ROCK provides a multi-disciplinary approach to the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents and families: ROCKs Walk-In Clinics provide quick access to therapeutic intervention as it enables family members to see trained therapists at their chosen moments of need. The entire family or individual family members may come to the clinic without an appointment during walk-in clinic hours. Walk-in clinics serve as the ‘front door’ to access all services for children 6 and up at ROCK.

NHMHC provides a number of services to the community, including: community-based psychiatric assessment, treatment, counselling and case management for clients and their family members.

Thrive Counselling was created by the 2015 merger between Halton Family Services and Access Counselling & Family Services. Over the years, we have helped thousands of people struggling with individual and family issues including family conflict, separation, divorce, depression, abuse or violence and grief and loss. We support people to thrive in the face of challenge and change.
