Our allied health professionals provide in-person, phone or video conferencing support for Family Health Team patients.
Should you wish to speak to a Mental Health Worker, Health Educator/Navigator, Dietitian, or Pharmacist, please call (905) 873-3000.

Breast Cancer Screening

The Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP) has lowered the starting age for screening mammograms from age 50 to age 40. If you decide that breast cancer screening is right for you, you can make an appointment for a mammogram. You do not need a referral from your doctor or nurse practitioner to get screened.
